Really good. Looks exactly as shown. Good finish and blends perfectly in any room.
Noticed that the team used high-quality tools, ensuring the bed was assembled securely.
You get what you see, pretty as the picture, good finish, very pretty and sturdy console table
The Alexandria bed's quality is evident in every detail. The solid wood frame is robust, and the finish is impeccable. It's a perfect addition to our bedroom, offering both comfort and elegance.
Overall
No complaints about Furniture quality and Installation experience.
Tracking mechanism is very basic and shows two steps only 1) confirmed 2) on its way.
Customer Care official helpline beginning with 1800 is best place to get tracking info. They answers emails and whatsapp also if you need clarifications about furniture.
I found Furniselan online by typing my required furniture dimensions into Google. I had not heard of Furniselan before. I took a chance and decided to order as no other ecommerce company was selling my specific requirement.
Initially I did not understand their delivery process and tracking process, so I panicked when the package did not arrive at my house. I whatsapped their customer care a few of times, phoned their helpline and emailed them. They were helpful. They delivered in 10 days which is a very reasonable time for delivery to a Metro city.
Will I purchase again? Yes, if I need to.
Disclaimer: I have prior experience purchasing furniture from other furniture ecom platforms.
My rating:
Furniture 10/10
Got what was promised in product picture on website. The measurements were as per the info on website. Sturdy and beautiful finish.
Installation 10/10
In my case, done at time of delivery. All parts arrived. Quickly installed. Correctly installed within 5 minutes.
Tracking 5/10
I got Order Number only. They whatsapped me a tracking link and it is a simple two step tracking. 1 CONFIRMED 2 ON ITS WAY . They do not show every single geographic location the furniture touches before it comes to your doorstepj. So please do not panic. It will arrive. You can chat with the helpline if you have questions.
Customer Care 7/10
I got the most accurate info when I phoned their1800_____ official helpline.
What info they give you, depends on what info they received from warehouse and transporter. Customer Care knew when the furniture was dispatched. After that they can roughly estimate delivery timelines. I used the word "estimate". Sometimes delivery gets stuck. Dont panic. Call the helpline. Customer Care is helpful.
Delivery Timelines 10/10
In my case delivery was done in 10 days including day of dispatched. Realistically if you live in a Metro, expect to get your parcel 2 weeks after dispatch ( meaning the furniture has left their premises). If you get earlier, good for you. Obviously weather conditions, availability of labour, can affect delivery timelines. If you need immediately, buy offline.
Terms and Conditions.
In Terms and Conditions they say size vatiations of upto 2 inches are acceptable by them. So if 1 cm, 2 cm is critical to you, consider this carefully and chat with them before purchase. They are honest and helpful and will advise you. I think this disclaimer should be more upfront.
Website design 7/10
Many furniture options. However less filters means you have to manually search.
I suggest to re-position Log in button above Create An Account button.
Amazingly well-made table. The quality and finish are impeccable. It looks even better in person than in the photos. The cherry on the cake was the service and delivery. Sometimes delivery becomes a hassle to Guwahati, but not only did the shipping people coordinate perfectly, they brought the package to the third floor without complaint. The installation team got in touch right after dispatch, but the carpenter contacted even before the team! This is unheard of level of efficiency. I am now a loyal customer. Highly recommend both product and service of this company.
Very nice quality and finish
Yesterday, I visited the JP Nagar, Bangalore store in search of a coffee table. The store manager, Ranjan, was incredibly helpful and guided me to the perfect table that matched exactly what I was looking for. It was delivered the very same day, and I absolutely love it
Hi Team, First a big Thanks for each and everyone from Furniselan team for the best service provided for my replacement. Usally during replacement the customer struggles a lot to follow up with service provider but furniselan team handled it great. I just raised a concern in Whatsapp and it was addressed perfectly.
Product - Study table - It is a great product looks very durable the local carpenters can easily sell this kind of table at two times price of Furniselan price. Am really happy with my purchase.
Note: At replacement please send the same colour what was ordered, for me i received a different colour at replacement and I promptly accepted. In future some customers will not accept so ensure it.
love the quality
Exactly as displayed in the and maybe better. Very happy with the quality and timely delivery
I really liked the chair. It fits my house so well.. finishing and everything is good about it.
The quality of the product is awesome. It is just as shown in the image. We are really loving it. Keep up the good work Furniselan.
One more thing to mention it got delivered earlier than the promised time and the packing is very robust ensuring there is no any transit damage.
The quality of bed is excellent but delivery and installation could have been better dealt…..we faced problems in delivery and installation…..Furniselan’s authorised installation could have been better instead of third party installation
Floating TV unit is awesome. I like it
I purchased this a few weeks ago. The table, chairs and the bench looks elegant. The quality is very good. Delivery was done the next day. Overall very good experience.
I ordered the '4 seater dining table', 2 Rattan cane chairs and one 3 seater bench. I ordered them separately, since the set had a 2 seater bench which was very small in length. The 3 seater bench fits correctly.
-Trendy and chic looking!
-Great quality wood.
-On time delivery.
Will order more furniture from FURNISELAN again.
Superb craftsmanship combined with prompt, efficient delivery. My custom request for a Frosty White color was met with flawless precision and care. Exceptional quality and service from start to finish.
