We are very satisfied with the quality of the product. The customisation was also perfect. Our product was pre assembled , however, it was difficult to remove packaging and unboxing it by ourselves. I therefore suggest that an installation team/ person could be made available on request, even chargeable for larger items.

I bought dining tables and chairs from Furniselan. I needed to customize the size of the table and also wanted to have my chairs double for the living room. This was due to space constraints. I got the table sized out based on the space available and was able to mix and match the chair combinations.
Had multiple back and forth with Om, who patiently guided through the process.
He ensured the colors were matched and everything did not become a set of un related things put together. It came out really good.
Delivery happened much faster than the ETA given. Was kept apprised of the progress as well.
Overall, superb experience!.

The furniture delivery itself was satisfactory.
However, the service from the first installation technician was extremely disappointing. I received a call from the technician immediately after placing the order, even before the furniture had been dispatched. After the delivery was completed, I contacted him again, but he failed to show up on the promised date and time, and instead unilaterally informed me at the last minute that he would not be able to come.
In the end, I had to contact customer service to request a different technician. The new technician arrived on time as scheduled and completed the installation properly. I was very satisfied with his service.
