At Furniselan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no additional cost.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch will incur a 2.5% cancellation fee.

Custom-made Orderitems cannot be cancelled once production has started.
1.2 After Dispatch
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refusal to accept delivery will be treated as a return (see section 2 below).
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
2.1 Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Manufacturing defect.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized furniture.
- Used, assembled, or damaged items by the customer.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or natural grain patterns in wood and other materials.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- Please email clear images or videos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery to care@furniselan.com.
- Based on assessment, we will offer a suitable solution – replacement, repair, or partial refund.
