Tracking mechanism is very basic and shows two steps only 1) confirmed 2) on its way.
Customer Care official helpline beginning with 1800 is best place to get tracking info. They answers emails and whatsapp also if you need clarifications about furniture.
I found Furniselan online by typing my required furniture dimensions into Google. I had not heard of Furniselan before. I took a chance and decided to order as no other ecommerce company was selling my specific requirement.
Initially I did not understand their delivery process and tracking process, so I panicked when the package did not arrive at my house. I whatsapped their customer care a few of times, phoned their helpline and emailed them. They were helpful. They delivered in 10 days which is a very reasonable time for delivery to a Metro city.
Will I purchase again? Yes, if I need to.

In my case, done at time of delivery. All parts arrived. Quickly installed. Correctly installed within 5 minutes.

I got Order Number only. They whatsapped me a tracking link and it is a simple two step tracking. 1 CONFIRMED 2 ON ITS WAY . They do not show every single geographic location the furniture touches before it comes to your doorstepj. So please do not panic. It will arrive. You can chat with the helpline if you have questions.

I got the most accurate info when I phoned their1800_____ official helpline.
What info they give you, depends on what info they received from warehouse and transporter. Customer Care knew when the furniture was dispatched. After that they can roughly estimate delivery timelines. I used the word "estimate". Sometimes delivery gets stuck. Dont panic. Call the helpline. Customer Care is helpful.
Delivery Timelines 10/10
In my case delivery was done in 10 days including day of dispatched. Realistically if you live in a Metro, expect to get your parcel 2 weeks after dispatch ( meaning the furniture has left their premises). If you get earlier, good for you. Obviously weather conditions, availability of labour, can affect delivery timelines. If you need immediately, buy offline.
Terms and Conditions.
In Terms and Conditions they say size vatiations of upto 2 inches are acceptable by them. So if 1 cm, 2 cm is critical to you, consider this carefully and chat with them before purchase. They are honest and helpful and will advise you. I think this disclaimer should be more upfront.

Amazingly well-made table. The quality and finish are impeccable. It looks even better in person than in the photos. The cherry on the cake was the service and delivery. Sometimes delivery becomes a hassle to Guwahati, but not only did the shipping people coordinate perfectly, they brought the package to the third floor without complaint. The installation team got in touch right after dispatch, but the carpenter contacted even before the team! This is unheard of level of efficiency. I am now a loyal customer. Highly recommend both product and service of this company.
