The Product came in very quickly for a decent sized furniture. The packaging had an additional wooden crate on top of a bubble wrapped carton box and was really rock solid. Good job on that. Coming to the producti, it was ditto what we saw on the photo and is really well made furniture. The hinge mechanism is top notch. It is designed to stand at multiple positions and so makes it a very useful storage on top of an already attractive seating furniture. It is also well finished and makes a good decor. We have it in our portico right at the entrance and it has already started receiving rolling eyes. Great product and a great website to order from. Happy customer here and highly recommend this site.
P.s: also had to change color last minute due to some cart update issue but the team sorted it out over a WhatsApp chat! Was lovely.

Recently I ordered sideward from Furniselan and it was delivered within the timeline mentioned in on their product page. The installation person was knowledgeable and cooperative. The product design and wood quality is good but it surely lacks final polish as it's not looking smooth finished product. Overall satisfied with product but reduced to 4 stars due to unpolished product.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the product. The customisation was also perfect. Our product was pre assembled , however, it was difficult to remove packaging and unboxing it by ourselves. I therefore suggest that an installation team/ person could be made available on request, even chargeable for larger items.

I bought dining tables and chairs from Furniselan. I needed to customize the size of the table and also wanted to have my chairs double for the living room. This was due to space constraints. I got the table sized out based on the space available and was able to mix and match the chair combinations.
Had multiple back and forth with Om, who patiently guided through the process.
He ensured the colors were matched and everything did not become a set of un related things put together. It came out really good.
Delivery happened much faster than the ETA given. Was kept apprised of the progress as well.
Overall, superb experience!.
